Este mod es una creación hecha por fans que ha infectado a personajes clásicos como Pico, Dear Daddy, Tankman, Skid and Pump y, por supuesto, al propio Boyfriend. Todos solo pueden curarse después de derrotar por completo al Rey del Mundo FNF al ritmo de las siguientes pistas musicales: "Blue Balled", "Demonic battle", "Last Spooktober", "Gunshot", "Bullets", "Isolated" y "A Familiar Face".
Para derrotar y curar a todos los antagonistas que se han vuelto monstruosamente defectuosos, debes cantar correctamente, llevando las canciones al final.
