This is a fan mod in which Boyfriend faces an unexpected challenge by visiting her older sister, who visually she resembles Hatsune Mika. Boyfriend notices that something is wrong with his sister and tries to support her through a rhythm battle, hoping to help her.
Use the cursors to prompt the boyfriend for notes. Keep an eye on the symbols and click on the keys when pairing them with the silhouettes. Don't make mistakes too often so you don't lose. Follow the rhythm of the song and continue your actions until the final battle.
