Cuphead is a kid with a cup-shaped head and a tube sticking out of his head. Cuphead is the next antagonist of Boyfriend, who, it should be noted, is not a bad singer. In this fashion, in addition to the cup-headed vocalist, Boyfriend also faces the skeleton Sans and the Inky Demon.

Each of the antagonists prepared a different song: "The Last Reel", "Sensational" and "Snake Eyes".
