The Pibby virus has infiltrated the Sonic universe, and the protagonist of that world has become infected. Now the hedgehog looks glitchy and horrible. The spread of the infection can only be stopped to the rhythms of the following music tracks: "Green Hills", "Glitch Hill" and "Not Fast Enough". Only Boyfriend with your help is able to handle the rhythms of these songs.

The game has two modes - story and free play. If you choose story, it will feature two songs, in free play, you can choose one of the three pieces of music and perform it. In any case, in order to win the battle and cure the hedgehog, you need to perform the songs until the final chord. To do this, press the 4 arrow keys or WASD, in those moments when arrows of different colors join in pairs consisting of the same shape of characters. Continue until the end of the song and win the competition.
